Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about digital marketing and has a keen interest in Islamic content for children. The intern will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Create engaging and brand-appropriate content including posts, graphics, and videos for Muslim parents.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage them to increase audience engagement and magazine visibility.
• Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Excellent content creation skills with proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Deep understanding of Islamic fundamentals and values, with the ability to present them in a child-friendly manner or evoke consciousness among parents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with a passion for engaging young Muslim audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or internships in social media marketing or content creation.
• Experience in working with Islamic projects targeting kids and parents.
